It is understood that sometimes, life happens and things pop up that are unexpected. Deadlines, car troubles and illness etc, are a few reasons why some clients may run late or need to cancel their appointment. Whilst I try to be as flexible as possible, to be fair and effective to all clients, and out of consideration for my time, the following policies have been adopted.
In most cases, 24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to provide the minimum of 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. An invoice will be issued and this must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. This fee may be waived at the discretion of your therapist only and on a case-by-case basis.
Healed by Shanelle prides itself on ensuring that clients are seen on time where possible. While I will always try to do what I can to ensure you receive the most out of your treatment, if you are running late I may only be able to offer the remaining treatment time. Healed by Shanelle reserves the right to charge the full treatment fee.
If you choose to forgo your appointment or forget your appointment for any reason, I will treat your appointment as a no show appointment and you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. An invoice will be issued and this must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. I may also require that future treatments are pre-paid to confirm them.
