Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is a targeted therapy that uses various techniques, like deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, to locate and treat musculoskeletal ailments. It's a clinical approach to soft tissue dysfunction, often used in conjunction with other treatments like physiotherapy and chiropractic care, to restore function, alleviate pain, improve circulation, and speed up the body's natural healing processes in specific areas.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping is a modern, gentle therapeutic technique that uses special cups with vacuum suction to lift and separate the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles) to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve flexibility and circulation. It differs from traditional cupping by using light suction, mechanical pumps instead of fire, and focusing on gliding the cups over the skin to avoid deep bruising and marks. This technique is used to treat musculoskeletal pain and more.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a modern therapeutic treatment where fine, sterile needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points, or "knots," in muscles to relieve pain, improve function, and promote healing. Unlike acupuncture, which follows traditional Chinese Medicine principles to unblock energy meridians, dry needling is rooted in Western neurophysiological principals and focuses on specific, dysfunctional areas of soft tissue.

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) is a manual therapy technique that uses specialized instruments to treat soft tissue dysfunctions like scar tissue and fascial adhesions.
